Job summary

Avir at Gonzales in Texas is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness and sanitary conditions throughout the facility under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, lounges, restrooms, corridors and other common areas, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, washing walls and windows, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies to ensure a safe, home-like atmosphere for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Previous nursing home experience preferred

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team! The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitary conditions throughout the entire facility in compliance with the Department of Health Standards under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager. Will work closely with facility Administrators and staff to maintain a safe, home-like atmosphere.
