Job summary

The Housekeeper at Gold’s Gym is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the facility. This role helps ensure members and guests have a positive experience by keeping workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and common spaces clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities include sanitizing equipment, cleaning bathrooms, stocking supplies, emptying trash, and monitoring floors for hazards to ensure a safe, inviting atmosphere for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Strong cleanliness and sanitation habits are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, offices, and other areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms as needed.
• Keep bathrooms stocked with towels, tissue, soap, and supplies.
• Empty trash and maintain orderly, clean spaces.
• Monitor floors for safety hazards and address hazards.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.

This position helps ensure members and guests have a positive experience by keeping workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space and other assigned areas of the overall gym.
• Cleans, mops, scrubs, polishes, and disinfects all bathroom areas as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms in assigned areas.
• Empties trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas, as well as the gym overall.
• Maintains all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
• Observes equipment for potential safety hazards.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification
