Job summary

Avir at Fort Worth is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitary conditions throughout the facility in line with health standards. The role collaborates with Administrators and staff to ensure a safe, homelike environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, sweeping and mopping, dusting, washing walls and windows, disposing of trash, and restocking supplies. Nursing home experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and sanitary standards.

• Clean resident rooms, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and other common areas.
• Sweep and mop floors, dust furniture and equipment.
• Wash walls and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and windowsills.

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team! The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitary conditions throughout the entire facility in compliance with the Department of Health Standards under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager. Will work closely with facility Administrators and staff to maintain a safe, home-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Clean resident rooms, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and other common areas.
• Sweep and mops floors. Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Wash walls and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and windowsills
• Empty trash and waste in the disposal area.
• Replenish supplies in resident suites, on housekeeping carts, and throughout the facility as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous nursing home experience preferred
