Job summary

Gold’s Gym Georgia is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean and sanitary gym facilities. The role covers cleaning the gym floor, lockers, offices, and bathrooms, keeping equipment sanitized and stocked with towels, soap, and supplies.

As a valued member of the gym staff, you will sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and empty trash daily, report any maintenance issues, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests across our facility in Dacula.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized.
• Sweeps, dusts, vacuums, and mops all areas of the gym.
• Cleans, mops, scrubs, vacuums, and disinfects all bathroom and locker rooms daily.
• Responsible for maintaining a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms and areas of the workout floor.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Maintains all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
• Cleans glass on workout floor, front doors, and group fitness rooms
• Cleans and sanitizes tanning rooms
• Dusts desks on main floor and in offices
• Report any broken equipment and record it in the maintenance log

This position is a vital member of the gym staff team. They ensure that the facility is clean and meets the expectations of members. Housekeepers will be responsible for any combination of light cleaning duties on the gym floor, locker rooms and offices.
