Job summary

Intown Suites is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas. You will perform routine and deep cleaning per standards, restock supplies, and ensure readiness for occupancy.

The role involves cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and maintaining the outside appearance of rooms while delivering high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and lift arms overhead.
• Ability to perform a variety of housekeeping/laundry positions as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all areas meet company cleanliness standards.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas including fixtures and surfaces.
• Maintain exterior appearance of rooms (siding, doors, windows).
• Notify Head Guest Room Attendant of room readiness.

This role performs routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces while ensuring company cleanliness standards and guest service expectations are met.
