Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper (Room Attendant) to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces. You will ensure guests enjoy a clean, welcoming environment and support smooth hotel operations.

Reports to the Executive Housekeeper, this non‑exempt position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet the property's high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and toiletries.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms, including toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors.
• Restock supplies such as towels, soaps, and tissues in guest rooms and public restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow hotel security protocols and ensure the safety and privacy of guests.
• Perform general cleaning tasks in public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, and stairwells.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to the hotel's standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
