Maplewood Online is seeking a reliable, experienced housekeeper for a West Orange, NJ home. The role is three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

The ideal candidate has professional housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and can provide references. All cleaning products and supplies are provided, and start date is as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the home and detailed cleaning tasks.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, appliances, and cabinets.
• Make beds and wash/change bed linens.
• Laundry, folding, and organizing clothing.
• Maintain neat, organized living spaces; period deep cleaning of appliances, furniture, gym, and spa areas.
• Take out trash and care for outdoor spaces as needed.
• Assist with additional household organization tasks.

We are a busy family in West Orange looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented housekeeper to help care for our home 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, is organized, efficient, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently.

We value someone who is proactive, pays attention to detail, and can recognize what needs to be done without constant direction.

Responsibilities Include:

• General and detailed cleaning throughout the home
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, appliances, and cabinets
• Making beds, changing and washing bed linens
• Laundry, folding, and putting clothing away
• Maintaining neat and organized household spaces
• Periodic deep cleaning of appliances, refrigerators, furniture, gym, and spa areas
• Taking out trash and maintaining patios and outdoor furniture as needed
• Assisting with additional household organization tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Has professional housekeeping experience and strong attention to detail
• Is organized, efficient, dependable, and proactive
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-organized home
• Can work independently and manage time effectively
• Has reliable transportation (driving preferred, but a bus stop is conveniently located at the end of our block)
• Is interested in a consistent, long-term position
• Can provide references

All cleaning products, equipment, and household supplies are provided. There is no need to bring anything.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (all three days required)
