Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time HOUSEKEEPER UTILITY positions in Franklin, KY. The role maintains facility areas, cleans equipment, stocks supplies, and supports a safe, clean environment.

Schedule includes 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm with days varying; compensation is $17.75 per hour. Willing to train; benefits and parking available; more details provided at interview.

Qualifications

• Prior utility experience preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Mechanical abilities to fix and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and services cleaning equipment.
• Stocks cleaning carts with supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets.
• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.
• Fixes and maintains cleaning equipment.
• Identifies potential safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
