Greystar is seeking a dedicated team member in Marquette, MI to maintain the cleanliness and market appeal of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and common areas. You will clean models, show units, and assist in make-ready tasks while ensuring safety and reporting hazards to supervisors.

Eligible candidates must hold a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.00–$18.00 with potential bonus programs and comprehensive benefits for full-time

• Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by appropriate Managers/Supervisors.

Additional Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
