Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a full-time housekeeping team member to clean apartments, common areas, and support with laundry and supply readiness at The Park at Belle Harbour. Day shift options include Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or Sun-Thurs 8am-5pm with benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking bathrooms, windows, floors, and laundry cycles, while following safety protocols. Prior experience is a plus and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry is a plus.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use a dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors, routinely and when incidents occur.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms in resident apartments and common areas.
• Perform the full cycle process for both residential and commercial laundry.
• Discard trash, medical waste, and recycling.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessary.

Day Shift available! MON - FRI, 8AM - 5PM or SUN - THURS, 8AM - 5PM

Who you are:

You enjoy providing exceptional cleaning services. This role is responsible for cleaning an assigned number of apartments/rooms, designated common areas, and assisting with housekeeping supply preparation and cart readiness.
