Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for temporary housekeeper positions at ThedaCare in Shawano, WI. Shifts include 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, and 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. Previous cleaning experience is preferred.

Pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour. This role supports hospitals with high standards of cleanliness and safety. Full-time and part-time options exist with comprehensive benefits.

• Schedule: Temporary schedule. 3 days per week. Days may vary. 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm. Rotating weekends plus two rotating holidays a year required. 5 days per week. Days may vary. 6:30 am – 3:00 pm. Rotating weekends plus two rotating holidays a year required. 5 days per week, Days may vary. 10:30 am – 7:00 pm. Rotating weekends plus two rotating holidays a year. 1: 00 pm - 9:30 pm.


• Requirement: Previous cleaning experience is preferred.


• Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.


• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.


• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.


• Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.


• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.


• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.


• Empties and cleans trash containers.


• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.


• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.


• Wipes down glass surfaces.


• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.


• Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.


• Responds to guest queries and requests.


• Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.


• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others.


• Performs other duties as assigned.
