Job summary

Suites at Silver Tree in Maryland is seeking a friendly and efficient housekeeping team member to prepare rooms for occupancy according to our standards. You will clean condos, provide courteous service to owners and guests, and report any damages promptly.

Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required, with a rate of pay $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Prior hospitality experience is a plus; reliable transportation is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests throughout the workday
• Notify supervisor of any damages, deficits and disturbances within properties as soon as possible
• Supporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to owners and guests
• Check stock levels of all inventories provided and replace when appropriate
• Care for company equipment/cleaning materials and ensure there are no inadequacies
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related practices

As part of the Housekeeping Team we are looking for someone who is efficient, motivated, and possesses a friendly and courteous manner with all guests in person. The employee will be trained to clean and prepare rooms for occupancy per company standards.
