The position involves cleaning common areas, vacant apartments, bathrooms, and trash removal, while ensuring supplies are stocked and maintenance issues are reported promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer or tablet skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company motor vehicle requirements.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and mopping.
• Clean vacant apartments and prepare them for new residents.
• Clean and deodorize bathrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the community.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain adequate cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Complete required training and documentation.
