The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in housekeeping or fine dining. Strong communication and organizational skills are valued in a rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Clean apartments, common areas, and offices; sanitize restrooms and surfaces; maintain floors and furniture; manage community laundry; handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Server: Serve meals with proper food-handling techniques; take orders and ensure guest satisfaction; maintain dining area cleanliness; assist with dining room setup and resetting.

Job Summary

Housekeeping

• Perform cleaning tasks in apartments, common areas, and offices.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Maintain floors, furniture, and equipment cleanliness.
• Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.

Server

• Serve meals with proper food-handling techniques.
• Take meal orders and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sanitizing tables and chairs.
• Assist with dining room setup and resetting.

Physical Requirements
