Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will clean and service guest rooms, maintain organized supply carts, and ensure hotel standards are met with every turn of the day.

Qualifications

• Ability to clean and service assigned guest rooms following hotel standards.
• Organizational skills to keep linen cart neat and stocked.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.

• Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of equipment, keys and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
