Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms and to support a high level of guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for cleaning, restocking, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues according to hotel standards.

Full-time positions offer competitive pay and great benefits, with a culture that values teamwork and guest-focused service. Bilingual candidates are welcome to apply in Spanish or English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention (fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC, etc.).
• Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
