Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and support the housekeeping team. You will prepare supplies, follow Miraval standards, and ensure guest comfort throughout your shift.

The role requires a service-oriented attitude, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health coverage, time off, and access to resort facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms to Miraval standards.
• Prepare work caddy with supplies and proper cleaning chemicals.
• Clean and restore guest rooms, addressing VIPs and special requests.
• Report maintenance issues and any housekeeping problems to the supervisor.
• Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order and manage lost and found items.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review daily room assignments, making note of VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests
• Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
• Report any maintenance issues.
• Report any HSKP issues (dirty carpets, stains, mold, etc)
• Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order.
• Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office.
• Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers.
• Complete any special cleaning tasks.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.
• Adhere to grooming standards at all times.
• Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers
• Follow proper recycling procedures
