Allegiance Staffing is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms at our Jacksonville Beach/Southside locations. You will make beds, clean bathrooms, restock amenities, and ensure rooms meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to company and hotel standards.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and maintain overall room cleanliness and presentation.
• Restock guest room amenities, linens, towels, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, safety, and readiness for incoming guests.
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, lost-and-found items, or safety issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow established safety, security, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with guests and assist with basic guest needs or concerns.
• Protect guest privacy and hotel property by following all security and access procedures.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms and tasks within required timeframes.
• Support team members and other housekeeping duties as business needs require.
