Newport Hospitality Group is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guestrooms clean and comfortable. You'll make beds, clean baths, vacuum, dust, and restock amenities, ensuring rooms meet brand standards and guest expectations.
This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with a team. Weekend and holiday shifts are required to meet hotel business needs.
No two days in hotel housekeeping are exactly the same, but one thing stays consistent: our guests count on a clean, comfortable room. As a Room Attendant, you'll spend your day making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and preparing guestrooms for arriving guests. It's a physically active position that keeps you moving, requires attention to detail, and gives you the opportunity to work independently while being part of a team.

Clean and prepare guestrooms according to hotel and brand standards.
Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and restock guest amenities.
Report maintenance concerns, lost items, and safety issues.
Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms while maintaining attention to detail.
Follow proper cleaning, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
Support your housekeeping team and assist where needed.
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with physically demanding work, including bending, lifting, pushing carts, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability to work weekends and holidays, as hotel business requires.
