Salemtowne in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of residents’ cottages, apartments, and common areas. Duties include vacuuming, dusting, mopping and complete bathroom cleaning, with a focus on infection control and resident safety.

You will support residents and staff, contribute to Salemtowne Shines culture, and assist others as needed while maintaining a cooperative and friendly environment on a day shift.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ general facilities housekeeping experience, preferred but training available.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; push objects greater than 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.
• Refresh bath areas and restock towels and bathmats; remove trash and recyclables.
• Present a positive image and foster friendly relationship with residents and staff; support Salemtowne Shines culture.
• Contribute to teamwork by assisting other staff as needed.
• Adhere to infection control policies and OSHA requirements; ensure safety in operations.
• Restock housekeeping cart at end of each shift; respond to residents’ needs promptly.
• Keep residence areas clean and return Salemtowne property to its proper location.
• Follow operating instructions; report maintenance needs and assist with minor repairs.
• Assist with other duties as assigned and strive to add value to job accomplishments.

Maintains high levels of facility cleanliness and appearance by performing routine cleaning tasks daily which consist of, but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and complete bathroom cleaning.2. Refreshes bath area by cleaning tub, toilet, and sinks; removing used towels and bathmats.3. Presents a positive image within Salemtowne by having a friendly and cooperative relationship with residents and staff. Supports & promotes the Salemtowne Shines culture and philosophy.4. Contribute to teamwork by assisting other staff as assigned or needed.5. Protects residents and employees by adhering to infection control policies and OSHA requirements.6. Ensures responsiveness to residents’ needs by restocking housekeeping cart at end of each shift.7. Keeps residence clean by removing trash, newspapers, recyclables, and returning Salemtowne property to its proper location.8.
