The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, and reliable teamwork. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior custodial or cleaning experience is an advantage, though not required.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly.
• Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings held at our facilities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, alerting management when reordering is necessary.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any significant issues to the maintenance team.
• Engage with guests and staff positively, providing assistance when needed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all.
