Job summary

Heritage Woods of Sullivan in Sullivan, Illinois seeks a caring Assisted Living team member dedicated to maintaining clean resident apartments and common areas, while upholding chemical safety protocols to protect residents and staff.

You will engage with residents compassionately, embodying love and dignity in every interaction, participate in ongoing learning through seminars and meetings, and contribute to a supportive, balanced work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas
• Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members
