Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time housekeeper to support our senior living community in providing clean, comfortable spaces for residents. The role includes housekeeping for residents, cleaning public areas, and collaborating with a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the community.

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, with strong communication and reliability essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of housekeeping experience (private or public).
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, family members, and team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Schedule: Part-Time

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing housekeeping services for residents of the community
• Cleaning the public areas of the community as necessary

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• At least one (1) year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home)
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Strong customer service skills are required
