Healthcare Services Group, Inc. in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will support residents and staff by performing daily housekeeping tasks and upholding infection control standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants, administration and leadership.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests with excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate

USD $17.50 - USD $18.00 /Hr.

• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
