Job summary

TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in our establishment in Delaware. You will assist in bed making, linen replenishment, and ensuring guest areas are tidy, while supporting a team environment.

The ideal candidate is diligent, organized and detail-oriented, with English communication skills. The role may require holiday and weekend shifts, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and safe chemical handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Change bed linens and vacuum room after housekeeper has cleaned the rest of the room.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Additional compensation per room completed correctly and efficiently.
