Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for residents in Creve Coeur, Missouri. You will perform housekeeping tasks in resident and public areas and collaborate with care teams to support daily operations.

Prior experience in hotels or private homes is valued, and strong customer service is essential. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and other voluntary

Schedule: Part-Time

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing housekeeping services for residents of the community
• Cleaning the public areas of the community as necessary

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• At least one (1) year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity (i.e. hotel or personal home)
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
• Strong customer service skills are required
