Job summary

Compass Group USA’s TouchPoint Support Services in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated full-time HOUSEKEEPER to join our team. Earn $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with an $800 sign-on and retention bonus for eligible hires.

The role involves routine cleaning duties in hospital settings, hotels, and facilities, including bed making, linen changes, room and public area cleaning, and trash disposal. Training is provided, with overnight shifts 10:30 PM–7:00 AM and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants and hospitals.
• Makes beds and changes linens as required.
• Cleans rooms and halls;Vacuuming and dusting surfaces.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers; replenishes supplies.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Responds to guest queries and requests; provides quality customer service.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness standards; follows established procedures.

We are hiring immediately for full time HOUSEKEEPER positions - NOW OFFERING AN $800 SIGN-ON & RETENTION BONUS!

Schedule: Full time schedule. Overnights 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Requirement: No previous experience required. Willing to train!

Perks: $800 Retention Bonus! Eligible employees hired into the position beginning August 1st and subsequently may receive a total retention bonus of up to $800, paid in the following installments: $400 after 3 months of employment, and $400 after 6 months of employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and is in good standing. Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to$17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
