MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure high cleanliness standards in resort units. You will follow our mission of excellence, meet timeliness goals, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning various room areas, reporting issues, and assisting with guest services. Training is provided; lifting up to 25 pounds may be required. This is an immediate hire with full benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning resort property units.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean units (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks).
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection; report maintenance issues.
• Report damaged or stained items and missing inventory to supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed; attend trainings.
• Ensure a safe working environment and assist with guest complaints promptly.
