Job summary

Talarico Building Services is seeking responsible cleaners to support our on-site operations in Willington, CT. The role focuses on cleaning duties, daily upkeep, and following client instructions to maintain sanitary spaces.

On-site position requiring punctual arrival, proper uniform, and compliance with company policies. Training will be provided; candidate should be reliable and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, crouching.

Responsibilities

• Emptying trash and dusting furniture.
• Dusting exposed surfaces including window sills and moldings.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors to a streak-free finish.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using company procedures.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors; weekly deep cleaning.
• Using PPE as required by safety protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Emptying trash
• Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, moldings, etc.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Weekly detailed cleaning
• Using PPE where required

We will provide on the job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
