Job summary

Talarico Building Services is hiring for a cleaning associate at Elkton, MD. Tasks include trash removal, dusting desks and furniture, cleaning windows, mirrors, and restrooms, and floor care. Training is provided to employees who show strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

You will be expected to arrive on time, follow schedules, wear the proper uniform, and comply with all company policies. A positive attitude and respect for coworkers and clients are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ServiceMaster TBS Division's cleaning task schedules to perform all tasks including trash removal, dusting furniture, surfaces, and cleaning restrooms.
• Dust and clean all surfaces, windows, glass, and mirrors; vacuum and mop floors.
• Perform weekly detailed cleaning and use PPE as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with client instructions.

Job Details: Job Location: Elkton, MD 21921, Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly, Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize ServiceMaster TBS Division's commercial cleaning task schedules to perform all tasks which include, but are not limited to:

• Emptying trash
• Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, moldings, etc.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Weekly detailed cleaning
• Using PPE where required

We will provide on the job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
