Cedar Community in Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to maintain resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with shift differentials for AM and PM/NOC.

Join a team that values care and respect. You’ll follow cleaning procedures, report maintenance needs, and help create a safe, welcoming home for residents. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but training is available, and teamwork is encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting.
• Follow cleaning procedures and infection prevention guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, visitors, and staff.

Shift Differentials Available

• AM: +$2.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday)
• PM/NOC: +$2.00/hr (Monday - Friday) | +$3.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday)

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Follow established cleaning procedures and infection prevention guidelines
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used and stored safely
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Provide friendly, respectful service while interacting with residents, visitors, and fellow team members

What You'll Need

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required -we're happy to train!
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team player
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to help others
• Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties throughout the shift
