Magnolia Square Apartments in Naples, FL seeks a full-time housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of apartments and common areas, providing friendly service to residents and vendors.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartments, lobbies, restrooms, fitness center, dusting surfaces, floors and windows, and assisting with move-ins/outs while coordinating with maintenance. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Clean vacant apartments as needed.
• Clean all amenity areas daily (lobbies, lounges, restrooms, fitness center, etc.).
• Dust furniture and wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows and sills.

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Sweep, mop, wax and polish floors.
• Clean rugs, carpets and draperies.
• Transport trash to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs.
• Assist maintenance to ensure curb appeal.
• Coordinate housekeeping during move-out/move-in with contractors.
• Serve as contact for vendors to keep appliances and equipment clean and working.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Clean vacant apartments as needed.
• Clean all amenity areas including but not limited to: lobbies, lounges, offices, restrooms, business center, fitness center, recreation room, corridors, breezeways, and stairways daily.
• Dust furniture. Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies. Replace light bulbs.
• Assist maintenance and management as necessary to ensure curb appeal.
• Coordinate housekeeping responsibilities during move-out/move-in assisting contractors and vendors as appropriate.
• Clean vacant apartments.
• Serve as contact for vendors to ensure that all appliances and equipment within the apartment is clean and in working order.
• Assist with organizing and preparing keys for each apartment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• High degree of neatness and respect for property combined with a willingness and desire to learn.
