Pro Housing is seeking a dependable housekeeper or lead housekeeper based in Surprise, Arizona, to maintain apartment units and common areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. The role involves following cleaning checklists, identifying maintenance issues, stocking and setup of units, and coordinating daily coverage.

Lead duties include training staff, auditing units, and ensuring consistent quality across the team.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping and cleaning experience is required.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and unit setup standards.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to identify maintenance issues and communicate them clearly through the work order system.
• Strong time-management skills; ability to complete assigned units within scheduled timeframes.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English to navigate PMS and digital applications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 20 pounds.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, DMV check, and drug test.

Who we are:

Based in Arizona with nationwide reach, Pro Housing delivers turnkey housing programs for professional sports organizations in addition to convenient temporary housing solutions for every industry in need of extended-stay resources.

We are actively recruiting a housekeeper or lead housekeeper, level dependent upon experience.

• Pay: $20-25/hour
• Schedule: Standard Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; may be called upon after normal business hours and on weekends occasionally to meet business needs
• Location: Surprise, Arizona, with occasional travel Valley-wide

Housekeepers maintains Pro Housing's apartment units and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and presentation. Lead Housekeepers also coordinate daily housekeeping coverage, train staff and vendors on Pro Housing standards, and audit completed units to ensure consistent quality across the team.

• Provides quality customer service to both internal and external customers by embodying our “CEP It Up” (customer first, effort, and professionalism) working attitude and appearance.
• CleansPro Housing’sapartment-styleunits, facilities,and common areas while ensuring all areas meet established internal cleanliness and quality standards
• Completesregular inspections of the units tomaintainexemplary cleanliness
• Identifiesmaintenance issues andsubmitswork orders within the Pro Housing system
• Assists Pro Housing staff and vendors with unit setup and shutdown, which may include stocking and arranging kitchen housewares/linens/small appliances, conducting final unit inspections, and identifying and resolving set up issues
• Worksclosely with the Pro Housing staff to support client and vendor relationships, and always corresponds in a positive,professionaland enthusiastic manner with ourclient

Lead Housekeeper Duties:

In addition to all Housekeeping duties, the Lead Housekeeper:

• Attends daily huddle meetings and communicates relevant information to housekeeping staff
• Coordinates and communicates housekeeping coverage to ensure adequate staffing
• Trains housekeeping staff and vendors on current Housekeeping standards
• Assists in auditing completed units for cleanliness and coaches staff on maintaining and improving quality standards
• Coordinates inventory (linens and soft goods) organization and communicates inventory needs in a timely manner
• Plans and oversees deep cleans for common areas

Housekeeper Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping and cleaning experience required

Lead Housekeeper Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of housekeeping and cleaning experience required
• Proven experience with supply and inventory management
• Ability to inspect completed units and identify opportunities for improvement
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, company standards, maintenance work order request system, and proper use of equipment and products
• Strong time-management skills; able to complete assigned units within scheduled timeframes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English required to navigate the company’s PMS (Property Management System) and other digital applications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
