Housekeeper/Laundry Aide - Aspire Senior Living Platte City Full-Time Day. Full-Time Evening

Wage Rate: $15hr

Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our team! This position helps maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents while assisting with both housekeeping and laundry services.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and other community spaces.
• Clean and disinfect floors, surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas according to infection-control standards.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, and residents' personal clothing.
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely.
• Restock housekeeping and laundry supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized housekeeping and laundry areas.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Respect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, especially in healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
