Job summary

Paul’s Run Retirement Community in Northeast Philadelphia is hiring two Full Time Heavy Housekeepers to join our dedicated team. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, furniture movement, and routine floor care to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

The ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and floor care experience. We offer industry-leading PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, retirement plan, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Floor care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of the community through floor cleaning, trash removal, and movement of furniture and supplies.
• Dry mop and wet mop floors.
• Move furniture in assigned area as requested by Supervisor.
• Turn and move mattresses.
• Hang draperies and cubicle curtains in residences, public areas, and the Health Care Center.
• Gather and dispose of trash. Keep the compactor area free from debris on a daily basis.
• Operate buffer for cleaning, polishing, and shampooing floors and carpets.
• Clean fire towers.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Upkeep of the community through floor cleaning, trash removal, and movement of furniture and supplies;

• Dry mop and wet mop floors.

Shift/Schedule available:

• Full-Time 7:30am-4:00pm including every other weekend;
• Full-Time 1:00pm-9:30pm including every other weekend.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Floor care experience preferred.
