Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Housekeeper I for a full-time evening shift. The role runs 11:00 am–7:30 pm with 80 hours per pay period and includes a holiday and every third weekend rotation.

You will maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic hospital environment and support overall hospital operations. The position requires completing required training, adhering to vaccination protocols, and delivering professional interactions that enhance patient safety and care.

Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeper I to help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. This role performs scheduled cleaning, responds to spills and emergencies, and ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and infection control standards. The Housekeeper completes required training, follows vaccination protocols, and supports patient safety while providing professional, courteous interactions that enhance hospital operations at UPH.
