Job summary

The Cleaning Authority is hiring for full-time housecleaners in Renton, WA. We offer the highest cleaning wages in the area and provide training to new hires with a 2-week hands-on program. Work is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with major holidays closed, offering stability and predictable hours.

No experience required; we provide computer-based learning and on-site coaching from experienced trainers, plus paid holidays and vacations to reward your effort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and light lifting.
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize residential spaces as part of a team.
• Follow training and detail-clean rotation system.
• Maintain a positive attitude and customer-ready approach.

The Cleaning Authority is hiring for FULL TIME positions. We offer the highest cleaning wages in the area!

Are you tired of retail and fast food hours? Want your nights and weekends back? Would you like to be home during the holidays? You can have them! We clean Monday-Friday from 8 am - 5 pm and we are closed on the major holidays!

No experience? No problem. We have a computer based learning system as well as a 2-week training program which includes hands on training with one of our experienced and professional trainers.

We offer paid holidays and paid vacations too!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Be able to pass a background check
• Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work!
• A willingness to learn -- everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!
• Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds) -- we won't lie, it's a physically demanding job!
• Driver’s license preferred.
