Job summary

The Cleaning Authority in Fresno, CA is hiring a full-time housekeeper to join our team. You’ll clean in diverse homes with a partner, following our Detail-Clean Rotation System to provide quality service daily.

No experience is required; we offer a 2–3 week hands-on training. Work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with major holidays off. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Hold a valid California driver’s license.
• Have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work.
• A willingness to learn. Everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!
• Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Perform professional house cleaning in clients' homes, often with a partner.
• Follow the Detail-Clean Rotation System to ensure consistent quality.
