Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper to ensure high cleanliness standards across resort property units. You will follow our mission and values while delivering timely cleaning services and maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work with a team to meet schedules. We offer paid training, an immediate hire option, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a welcoming, growth‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedures.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Assist in maintaining storage closet cleanliness and organization.
• Attend training sessions and apply training practically.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency so units are turned on time.

Position Overview:

Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units. A Housekeeper must ensure he/she follows the company mission statement and values.

Essential Functions:

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
• Ability to make decisions

• Ability to read, write and do basic math
• Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments

Work Environment:

• This job operates in conditions that will include odors/dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals.

The Housekeeper is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.

Physical Requirements:

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the
