Job Description

Guest Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms. They thoroughly clean rooms after check-out and refresh rooms for continuing guests.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Restock and replace used items in guest rooms.
• Communicate the clean status of each room upon completion.
• Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms.
• Keep supply carts neat and organized.
• Check equipment for good working order before and after use.
• Respond to guest requests efficiently and courteously.

Qualifications

• Availability in the mornings/daytime.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and handle physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and pushing up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
