Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper in Aiken, South Carolina. You will maintain a clean, orderly hospital environment, including patient rooms, offices, and common areas, following safety and cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and operating cleaning equipment while following chemical safety standards. Prior housekeeping experience in healthcare is a plus; strong customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience a plus, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Must be able to use housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaner, buffers, battery operated equipment; Reading and Numerical competency;
• Customer service skills

• Cleans offices, patient rooms, offices, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention.
