Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas, following safety and infection-control guidelines.

The role emphasizes friendly, customer-oriented service to residents and staff. Starting pay is USD 13.00/hr with benefits and ongoing training and development opportunities available across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants, admin, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Able to work around cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.

• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
