Senior Lifestyle in Holland, MI is seeking a friendly cleaner to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas. You will assist in preparing empty apartments for move-ins and respond quickly to resident needs.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; a clear English communication ability, independent decision-making, and a customer-service mindset are valued. You will interact with residents and team members daily in a positive, professional manner.

Qualifications

• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
