Position Purpose and Summary

The Housekeeper position must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests. The role involves cleaning guest rooms according to company guidelines and procedures.

Major / Key Job Duties

1. Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates.
2. Cleans assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
4. Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
5. Reports maintenance issues and guest property concerns to the front desk or manager on duty.
6. Assists with guest requests and accommodations whenever possible.
7. Follows all safety and security policies and procedures.
8. Completes all required training, including Extended Stay University courses.

Other Duties

1. Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
2. Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
3. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
