TerraBella Senior Living operates over 30 communities across the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee, offering a range of senior living options including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Respite Care, with more than 2200 units.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas according to schedule, including apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices.
• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors, rugs, and carpets.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish bathrooms and fixtures; restock supplies as needed.
• Scrub tiles, woodwork, and window sills.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner.
• Collect and dispose of trash and refuse appropriately.
• Manage community laundry, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Store cleaning chemicals safely and securely.
• Keep cords, carts, and equipment out of walkways, adhering to safety standards.
• Report repairs and supply needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language of residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
• Interest in working with seniors.
• Courteous and friendly interaction with residents, guests, and staff.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.
