Job summary

Hyatt Regency Portland invites motivated individuals to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeper. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining spotless guest rooms and public areas.

We offer full-time hours with an hourly rate of $22.00 and benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and a supportive work environment. Previous housekeeping experience and a strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience or similar role preferred.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Push/pull a cart up to 50 lbs when cleaning and transporting supplies.
• Full open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping and bed-making tasks.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals properly.
• Adhere to procedures for lost and found items and belongings.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Summary:

Please join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeper.

The hourly rate is $22.00/hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damage to management.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Adhere to established procedures for handling lost and found items and guest belongings.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
