Job summary

The Waterford at Levis Commons in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean resident spaces and support a warm, caring environment.

You will handle cleaning, laundry, and basic maintenance, with a benefits package including health, dental, 401k, PTO from day one, and paid training. This on-site role is ideal for those with senior living experience who value teamwork and resident well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of Residents’ apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.
