TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for full-time HOUSEKEEPER positions in Pell City, Alabama. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $14.00 per hour and requires providing quality cleaning services in various settings. Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and responding to guest requests. Ideal candidates should have attention to detail and may have prior housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service by attending to detail in a one-on-one manner.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies; shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings; clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers; dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers; wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as required; realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Respond to guest queries and requests; manage calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contribute to team efforts; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for full‑time HOUSEKEEPER positions.

Location: UAB St. Vincent St. Clair - 7063 Veterans Parkway, Pell City, AL 35125. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full‑time. Days may vary: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Details will be provided during the interview.

Pay: Fixed rate of $14.00 per hour.
