Job summary

Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital in Lubbock, Texas seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe patient environments and support infection control, while respecting privacy and confidentiality.

You will dust, mop, and sanitize rooms, restrooms, and common areas; handle supplies; and collaborate with care teams. Training on healthcare procedures and wellness programs is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/environmental services experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of healthcare environmental services procedures.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Dusts, mops, and cleans medicine cabinets, furniture, metals, mirrors, and equipment.
• Vacuums blinds, screens, and vents.
• Replenishes supplies; sterilizes rooms after isolation.
• Upholds the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles daily.

Qualifications
