Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain a welcoming home for residents in our community. You will build genuine connections with residents, guests, and team members while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks across apartments and common areas.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, adherence to safety guidelines, and collaboration with staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences; adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs.
• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule: vacuum, mop, dust, kitchens/bathrooms, linens, trash, seasonal tasks such as window/patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes.
• Deep clean apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites; vacuum, mop, sanitize, wash linens, restock supplies, check HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; use approved cleaning products and PPE guidelines; wash and care for linens.

About The Role

As a Full-Time Housekeeper, your work goes beyond cleaning; you’ll help maintain a comfortable and welcoming home for residents. Through your impactful work, you’ll build genuine connections with residents, guests, and fellow team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences. Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations.
• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule. Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing linens, emptying trash, and completing seasonal tasks such as window and patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments to ensure they are clean and ready for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, washing linens, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized way. Use only approved cleaning products and tools and follow PPE safety guidelines. Wash, dry, and care for housekeeping linens in a timely manner.
